This is the “it” outfit for sand-castle building, seashell collecting, clamming and just general running-around-without-a-care-in-the-world-type activities.

Open side seams on the capri-length pants and a loose cross-over back on the pinafore-style top are great for welcoming summer breezes and brushing away sand. The Sandpiper Capri features a hidden waist tie in the back and a 2-button closure in the front. The Sandpiper Top crisscrosses in the back and fastens in the front at each shoulder with a button. Both garments are reversible!

• The Sandpiper Capri & Top work well with cotton, linen, and most other light-weight woven fabric. Approximate yardage amounts (with or without nap unless otherwise stated) are provided in the table further below.
  
  Capri:
  - 1/4 yard lightweight interfacing
  - 4 - 1” flat buttons (2 buttons for a non-reversible Pant)
  - 30” of 1/2” twill tape or double fold bias tape (for the back waist tie)
  
  Top:
  - 1/4 yard lightweight interfacing
