Charlotte loves the Starling Dress & Shirt for their versatility. Use the same fabric for the main body of the garment, flounce and yoke, or mix and match several fabrics for endless combinations of style. Both versions feature full, fluttery ruffles cascading vertically down from a wide flat yoke. The dress has raglan sleeves and is finished in the back with an invisible zipper. Charlotte says, “Don’t be afraid of the zipper. It’s easy peasy!”
